5.Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch your order promptly, but delivery times are estimates only and can’t be guaranteed.
  • If your order is delayed for any reason, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses you provided.

6.Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Kubooh product — but if you change your mind:

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. We can’t refund delivery costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

7.Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
